Atwood Concert Hall Rules

For everyone’s safety, Atwood Concert Hall has rules in place for guests to adhere to. The rules are as follows:

Bags are permitted into the facility. All bags are subject to search upon entry into the Alaska Center for the Performing Arts and may be checked during the performance or not allowed into the theatre at the discretion of the venue’s representatives.

All patrons, including children and babies, must have a ticket for admittance except when specified – please check the information posted in the event description for the relevant information. Atwood Concert Hall recommends that, unless an event is specifically described as a family event, children under six years old do not attend.

The public is prohibited from smoking within 20 feet of all exterior doors and inside the building in accordance with Anchorage Municipal Code 16.65 – this applies to electronic cigarettes, as well as all devices that produce smoke or vapor for individual use.

Audio recording is strictly prohibited inside Atwood Concert Hall in accordance with federal copyright law, and recording devices brought into the theatre may be confiscated.

Balloons and birds are prohibited from entering the public areas of the building.
